The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for our next Trade Management Capability Development to drive harmonization across markets, streamline processes and strengthen the governance by designing and implementing a global template solution.Main Responsibilities:In this role, your expertise in trade management will serve as a cornerstone for our team's success. As the central figure in trade management capability, you will bring your deep understanding and insight to guide our commercial transformation efforts. Your support in designing, monitoring, and implementing the trade management capability rollout plan will be invaluable, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with local requirements and processes.Thanks to your comprehensive grasp of trade management and business nuances, you'll play an important role in developing and refining our trade management blueprint. Collaborating closely with local project leaders and PMOs, you'll ensure that our blueprint is not only robust but also adaptable to meet evolving needs. Your responsibilities include creating UAT scenarios, coordinating UAT activities with business users, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Additionally, you'll contribute to finalizing the change management plan, focusing on business gains, challenges, and adoption strategies post go-live.In managing cross-functional relationships and program management, you'll evaluate change requests' relevancy and potential impact on other streams like finance. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of interconnected tools and capabilities will enable you to identify potential constraints and implement effective de-risking strategies. Additionally, your support in change management will ensure that areas most impacted by changes are identified and addressed, fostering a smooth transition and business continuity.Who we are looking for:Thanks to your extensive background, you will bring between 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Revenue management, strategic consulting and/or Business Development to the role.Your expertise should specifically include a track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Your success in this position will hinge on your adept relational skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse cultures and stakeholders across different levels. Furthermore, your analytical mindset will be an asset in navigating the complexities of the role.Your proficiency in IT skills, particularly in MS Office with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel, will contribute to the efficient execution of tasks. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for the role, and any additional language proficiency would be considered an advantageous attribute, enhancing your ability to engage with a broader spectrum of stakeholders.Are you ready for this great challenge?
