Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionNCCER is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team of hard-working professionals. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, proactive individual who is comfortable with all aspects of marketing. The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy and go-to-market (GTM) approach for products, including positioning and competitive differentiation across all stages of the buyer and customer journey and management/execution of major national marketing campaigns.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams, leadership and other stakeholders to develop compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning throughout the buyer journey.
  • Closely collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and deployment teams to build and execute compelling, high-performing marketing campaigns that contribute to increased sales pipeline and new customer acquisition.
  • Oversee major campaigns, ensuring crisp execution, measurement, analysis of results and optimization based on performance.
  • Become an expert on NCCER products, the market, competitive landscape, and buyer needs and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer personas, the value propositions for each, and develop compelling messaging that will address their needs.
  • Conceptualize, outline copy, and provide creative specs for product content for a variety of channels and purposes.
  • Plan compelling marketing content that maps to integrated marketing campaigns and product promotion themes (blogs, white papers, guides, emails and videos).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher plus 8+ years B2B product marketing and proven success in launching new products and/or new GTM product promotion for national campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Excellent writing skills for outlining and approving content (including white papers, data sheets, web copy, social media copy, case studies, etc.)
  • Success working with customers to generate success stories, testimonials, and other customer references
  • Proven ability to understand and identifying target markets, build value propositions, focus messaging on the problem/solution, derive the marketing channels and tactics needed to reach targets efficiently and effectively
  • Successful track record of working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Creativity with out-of-the box thinking and an interest in trying and learning new things
  • Self-directed, resourceful and accountable with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality, creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience with the following tools is a plus: Salesforce.com, Pardot, Hubspot, GA4, Wordpress, PowerBI, Tableau, Confluence, Smartsheet, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premier.
