- Directly supervises all field employees and subcontractors attached to assigned projects.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Understands project control, sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules.
- Responsible for documenting, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, code of conduct, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Must maintain constant communication with all company departments affiliated with their respective projects; including, but not limited to, Project Management and Estimating.
- Responsible for verifying that all work is completed in a workmanlike manner.
- Oversees that all company field employees conduct and present themselves in a professional demeanor; including, but not limited to, presentable/proper work attire, conduct their daily activities in a professional manner.
- Provides timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as Accounting, Estimating, Human Resources, etc.
- This position manages all employees associated with Emergency Services and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the Emergency Services department.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills

- Responsible for verifying that all work is installed in a workmanlike manner (i.e. level, straight, etc.)
- Oversees that all company field employees conduct and present themselves in a professional demeanor; including, but not limited to, presentable/proper work attire and conducting daily activities in a professional manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction management or relevant experience in lieu of education.
- Proficient in MS office, required.
- IICRC certification.
- OSHA 40 hour certification.
- Accounting and estimating software.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Must comply with all required background and security clearances.
- Must submit to new hire and random drug screening(s)
