Join us.TikTok is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform products that make online advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes. This role will specifically focus on building analytics products that help advertisers gain more data insights for their ads within the Shop Ads Seller Center.Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision, strategy, development, and execution for ads platform products in partnership with the Shop Ads team.
- Build self-explanatory reporting and data insights products to help advertisers understand ads performance and thus re-invest to achieve better results. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements, and data analysis.
- Work with engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research, and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or relevant experience in the technical space.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics product management roles, with additional product management or related technical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, SMB space.
- Experience building campaign management platforms or advertiser self-service tools.
