- Define target dishes, menus, cuisines, and categories for the platform
- Recruit and onboard shefs to build menus of target dishes
- Facilitate taste testing evaluations to maintain quality bar and filter for high quality newly onboarded shefs
- Shape supply by coaching and guiding shefs on menu and dish creation (including dish naming, recipe adjustments, menu curation, etc)
- Merchandise and curate supply on the platform
- Conceptualize and implement projects to improve quality and supply selection on the platform
- Maintain ongoing relationships with top shefs to ensure market health
- Build and roll out processes designed to scale up supply-building efforts
- Manipulate data in Google Sheets and SQL to evaluate supply, draw insights, plan actions, and execute
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields, or similar: business, engineering, statistics, operations, economics, food science
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting / Strategy / Operations
- Culinary expertise or experience, with language and knowledge to identify menu and dish opportunities
- Ability to drive sales-like funnel in order to identify and recruit potential shefs
- Strong sense of empathy and ability to communicate and account manage shefs
- Keen sense of ownership, where no task is too small or out of your purview
- Capacity to take initiative in an evolving work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude and getting things done!
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
