- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients in Vietnam's hospitality and design sectors.
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with project management to deliver tailored solutions exceeding client expectations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Connecty's services.
- Monitor project progress, providing proactive updates and addressing issues.
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports on client activity, revenue forecasts, and sales performance for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the hospitality or design industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level business owners and decision-makers.
- Understanding of interior design, construction processes, and project management principles.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex client relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluent in English.
