We offer 100,000 square feet of exhibition space, 20,000 square feet of ballroom space, 23 meeting rooms, and 30,000 square feet of pre-function space.Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintenance and repair of doors, hardware, millwork, seats, furniture, and associated equipment.
  • Knowledge of essential tools and equipment used in the field of carpentry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
  • Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished.
  • Perform all corrective and preventive maintenance for carpentry related projects.
  • Must be familiar with OSHA requirements.
  • Track daily productivity via allocation sheets, daily logs and micro main.
  • Clearly, effectively and timely communicate work issues with management.
  • Performs skilled locksmith duties, from replacing and/or repairing locks to cutting keys and installing door closures, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in general carpentry installation and repair of doors, millwork, and related building systems.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent recommended.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to report emergencies as needed.
  • Must have open availability to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with electronic preventive maintenance programs preferred.
