Facilities Technician

- Responsible for pressure washing ten (10) locations in the Central Texas area
- Able to hook up and disconnect from a trailer
- Able to maneuver a vehicle while towing a trailer
- Complete assigned task with minimal customer interaction
- Support the Facilities Manager with pressure washing the HQ building as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to lift up pressure washing equipment up to 80 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge and maintenance of commercial pressure washing equipment
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (4pm-12am)
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Good communication skills
- Have a current driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
