- Consumer website management - including the design and development of website content and campaign landing pages
- Assist with the design and development of content for the launch of Mobile service and other future product launches
- Work closely with team members to align website content with paid digital media, social efforts, email marketing, and traditional tactics.
- Consistently A/B test website content for usability ensuring that content is optimized for search engine indexing.
- Ecommerce - Project manage new and existing offer updates with outside development and Mediacom operations team
- Manage and test ecommerce flow for the best customer journey through the buying process through analytics data
- Work with Vendors to optimize the customer ordering experience for the launch of Mobile service and other future products
- Communicate and align appropriately with key stakeholders
- HS Diploma required, College Degree preferred
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience working with a website content management system
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent
- Experience with UX and UI optimization for websites and eCommerce platforms in a fast-changing environment
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools
- Experience with site analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe, including report generation and analysis
- Possess exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a time-sensitive environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience working within, or closely with, in-house marketing or agency
