- Reviews and responds to requests promptly and accurately.
- Interacts indirectly with participants, brokers and directly with internal customers regarding inquiries and requests via telephone, email and/or written correspondence.
- Identifies process and quality improvement efforts, issue resolutions, and training needs.
- Participates in projects.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
- College degree or 2-3 years insurance, operations, call center, or financial services experience preferred.
- Demonstrates effective analytical skills and thinking.
- Developed Knowledge and skills through training and work experience.
- Works within established procedures with limited supervision.
- Identifies issues in straightforward situations. Utilizes standard procedures to make appropriate decisions.
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
