Director, Influencer/Affiliate Conversion & Social Commerce - L'Oreal LUXE Division

- Advising LUXE brands with recommendation on investment, cadence and mix of traditional affiliate publishers and influencer affiliate networks to drive sales
- Serve as lead Divisional contact with our Affiliate agency provider and other influencer networks to ensure Divisional and Brand goals are being supported and prioritized
- Continue to build the mix of converter influencers with diversified profiles and background. Find efficiencies in spend by exploring long-term contracts. Work with Social, D2C Ecommerce team to create cohesive storytelling when leveraging converter influencers across multiple brand owned channels.
- Continue to find optimizations where possible to maintain strong ROAS
- Work closely with the D2C Ecommerce teams for conversion campaigns. Specifically managing:
- Promotional optimizations for influencer campaigns, affiliate programs and PR opportunities
- Reporting on total ROI, ROAS and all influencer KPIs in real time
- Ensuring coverage on commission $ across all teams
- Ensuring proper implementation of Cookie tracking
- Create quarterly plans and revenue targets for campaigns
- Own affiliate agency partnerships (CJ, RewardsStyle, LTK, etc.)
- Own affiliate A&I strategy relationships (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
- Own budget management related to the function
- Track performance in real time and drive (in partnership with VP's) weekly/monthly Real Time Optimization calls
- Grow the US A&I Market share through constant evolution of Video Views, Impressions and Engagements for LUXE brands.
- Educate and upskill the organization and senior management on the role and importance of the ever-evolving nature of Affiliate conversion.
- College Degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing, or Paid Media
- Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling
- Luxury and/or beauty experience preferred
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to work well with a network
- Experience in community building and influencer campaign management
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Must demonstrate flawless attention to details, be a team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker
- Proven writing skills (technical and creative)
- Strong analytic skills in assessing ROI for impact of efforts

- Salary Range: $140,100 - $203,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
