- Create and execute a business plan to grow BMW Group profit through sales of Accessories and wheels and tires.
- Determine dealer and customer demands and introduce products to meet these market needs.
- Ensure a positive business case for all products before development process is undertaken.
- Product execution based on market analysis.
- Ensure competitive product offerings and on-time market introduction.
- Manage product issues that arise with internal and external customers; Initiate actions with BMW AG and supplier.
- Review monthly activity sales reports to insure annual target will be met, create, and implement a sales strategy for the responsible product segments.
- Create and execute an accessory marketing plan with Aftersales Marketing.
- Collaborate with Aftersales Marketing in the development of promotional materials, website and incentive programs to support the sale of accessories.
- Ensure that all product information on marketing materials and websites are accurate and current; Monthly audit of portfolio.
- Constantly analyze the business for potential and plan projects accordingly.
- Review sales segments and create action plan to eliminate or improve sales of slow moving products.
- Present new product information to senior management and regional team to gain buy-in for special editions and future sales.
- Evaluate new accessories and technologies that support the unique individual style of JCW Accessories for possible development.
- Research market technology and product trends.
- Perform competitive analysis and comparison of accessories from other OEM Markets.
- Work closely with CA-220 to analyze sales data.
- Forecast volumes across Accessories Portfolio in conjunction with colleagues within the Accessory Product Team.
- Forecast volumes for forthcoming BMW/MINI product lines.
- Inform team members of quantities to ensure available volume is communicated directly to marketing and field teams.
- Re-analyze data dependent on feedback from CA-2 / CA-3 and provide volume commitments as required when authorized by Accessories & Lifestyle Manager.
- Host monthly meetings and telcos / ensure attendance of key stakeholders to share and gain agreement on sales volumes.
- Analyze HEA information from AG and decide which products suitable for release into US while taking strategic feedback from responsible product executives.
- Forecast and create demand for new and carryover products for new models after feedback from Product Managers.
- Ensure US evaluation and test fitment is completed to ensure legal compliance.
- Collate and share information with field teams to ensure awareness of new and existing Accessory/Lifestlyes products during launch phase.
- Liaise with Aftersales field teams to record information on new and existing special editions.
- Organize meeting between sales and aftersales to facilitate dialogue and offer transparency in product availability.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure product selection is viable in both fitment and availability.
- Communicate with responsible parties in CA-2 to secure stock.
- Coordinate all components fitment thorough fitment request to Accessories engineering.
- Support regions and field teams with product information, training and support.
- Respond to dealer inquires for assistance with product or program questions for Accessories/Lifestyles.
- Attend dealer and regional meetings, present, and share new information.
- Perform multiple dealer visits annually.

- 5-7 years BMW Group Field or Dealer Experience
- 5-7 years Sales, Marketing or Product Experience
- 5-7 years Technical Experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation/communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to effectively convey overall goals, sell ideas, programs, products, etc.
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Strong product management background
- Dealer experience
- Knowledge of the internal BMW systems (ATLAS, COGNOS, CenterNet/DCSnet, ETK)
- Solid understanding of the Sales and Aftersales operations within the dealer network
- Knowledge of the Accessory and Lifestyle Portfolio
