- Sorting through and organizing client’s household belongings. Items will either be moved, sold, donated or disposed of.
- Organizing auction items into lots, staging and photographing lots, describing and uploading lots to our CTBIDS.com auction website
- Packing and shipping items to winning bidders
- Packing/boxing household items to be moved
- Unpacking boxes, putting away items and helping the customer resettle in their new home
- Moving supplies/boxes within the customers’ homes
- Light cleaning
- Interacting with customers and their families
- No mandatory weekend hours
- On-the-job training. No prior experience required.

- Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable source of transportation
- Must agree to a background check
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must have a smartphone (for scheduling, time-keeping, project management and processing auction items)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- A team player; enjoys working with and being around others
- Reliability and integrity
- In good physical condition as there could be repetitive lifting, bending, and standing
- Comfortable working in a dusty or dirty environment at times.
