- Actively encourages clients to participate in additional surveys beyond the contract.
- Delivers webinar data collection (DCT) enablement sessions to Multinational clients.
- Takes corrective action including escalation when necessary to guarantee contracted data collection terms are met.
- Strong communicator who is confident to support clients across different managerial levels including Reward Directors, Regional Reward Managers and Analysts.
- Broad understanding of Pay Product Portfolio and global reward practises.
- Provides excellent client service, answering adhoc queries and ensuring client fully understands the process and commits to the submission deadlines.
- Provides feedback on Data Collection Tool enhancements and reports client issues to technical teams.
- Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents.
- Tracks and updates client information in customer relationship management systems (Salesforce).Skills & Experience- 3-5 years' experience in a professional business environment, preferably in HR, Account Management or Project Management.
- University degree.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English). Additional language skills would be advantageous.
- Develops an internal network of relationships, proactively shares experiences and learnings.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Experience working with data; specifically, data capturing, data accuracy and handling confidential data.
