- Refurbish electronic gaming machine parts according to reconditioning standards.
- Perform duties related to the troubleshooting and repair down to the board and component level of PC boards and sub-assemblies.
- Perform tests to determine cause of failure using test/diagnostic equipment such oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and test fixtures.
- Use schematics and/or technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair parts.
- Use of solder stations to perform rework of surface mount or through-hole components.
- Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing repairs using a data entry workstation.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of related experience is required.
- Skilled communicator adept at explaining warehouse/supply concepts to the business.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Looks to lead by serving peers and internal customers.
- Self-managed and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to maintain an active presence - standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting - throughout entirety of shift.
- Capable of lifting and maneuvering a minimum of 30 pounds safely.
- Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in high-tech electronics or consumer goods.
- Soldering experience, surface mount, and through hole.
- Experience in SAP functionality and systems.
- Understanding of material management and warehousing concepts.
