- Support all technical requirements for program operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during program delivery.
- Collaborate with instructional staff and others key players to identify and address technical support needs and requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documentation such as system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- US national.
- Possess technical knowledge/experience providing support on programs related to instruction, exercises, and testing.
- Must speak basic English and basic Arabic, able to communicate technical requirements and effectively work with support staff.
- Possess a relevant certification or degree in a field related to technical support such as IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines is preferred.
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the field of technical support, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware configurations, and software applications is preferred.
