Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting the Department Manager in planning, coordinating and implementing the operational aspect of facility activities
Maintain all equipment and services of the Company
Plan, monitor maintenance schedule and execute work orders
Supervise and provide training to the technicians
Manage contractors and service providers to carry out facility activities

Additional Information:

Candidates with 2-3 years' experience in similar field would be of advantage
Knowledge in Factory Acts & Works of Engineering Construction Regulation would be preferred
