CARA has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team as we continue to innovate and execute CARA's growth vision.As our new Revenue Operations Analyst, you will administer our revenue tech stack across HubSpot, Salesforce, and integrated systems like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Your goal is to ensure our data and processes are high-performing, accurate, and positioned to drive maximum revenue and growth.Your Impact:In this role, you will:
  • Oversee day-to-day administration and integration of our RevOps tech stack including Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Certinia.
  • Provide help desk support to our Sales team and consultants.
  • Monitor data hygiene and implement enhancements for optimal data accuracy.
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards tied to lead generation, pipeline, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and implement ongoing optimization to streamline processes.
  • Help others succeed by troubleshooting and resolving issues, identifying gaps or areas of improvement, continuous learning and applying knowledge on the job, and problem solving.
  • Tackle special projects that improve revenue generation capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce administration including managing user access, profiles, permissions, and ensure data integrity through regular audits.
  • Handle, troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve support tickets related to RevOps tech stack; escalate and collaborate with technical support team and vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Execute system configuration to align with evolving business needs.
  • Implement and enforce data hygiene practices to maintain accurate and reliable information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design reports aligned to key performance metrics.
  • Track and report on lead generation and pipeline metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and report out to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to implement process improvements.
Your Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years work experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce certification preferred.
  • Experience working with marketing technology such as HubSpot (highly preferred), Pardot, or similar.
  • 5+ years' experience of professional work including in-depth understanding and experience with revenue tech stack space and best practices.
  • Experience implementing system changes in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Excel to import/export data.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in clearly conveying and translating technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage individual tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Solid self-organization and time management skills.
  • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with a commitment to data integrity.
  • Drives focus on simplifying complex solutions and processes.
  • Enjoys working and collaborating with team members; exceptional people skills.

Required:
  • Experience with Salesforce required.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Location: Hybrid, we seek candidates who are located in Illinois or the surrounding states and can come onsite for required meetings (4x/yr) and essential in-person connections.
