GPAC is partnered with a well-established steel fabricating and erecting company. They are searching for a Structural Steel Detailer. Our client company manufactures and installs structural steel for the commercial construction industry. Due to continued growth our client company needs to hire a motivated talented Structural Steel Detailer.Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Projects will be small remodel work, Misc. Metals, Stairs, Handrails, small Structural.
Generating a bill of materials for shop drawings
Coordinate drawings from design to release for fabrication
Working with project engineers to clarify approval drawings
Review RFI's
BIM modeling
Background in steel construction is ideal
Software Qualifications
