Job Summary:We have an immediate opportunity for a Business Operations / Project Administration / Bookkeeper to support large scale projects and daily operations. The role supports management and has significant growth potential based on business leadership skills.Digital Surroundings is a Technology Consultant and Systems Integration company that provides large scale entertainment and building automation solutions. We design, build, commission and provide ongoing support for both residential and commercial clients. Our solutions include networking, automation, audiovisual, environmental, lighting and energy management etc.A well-rounded individual that wants to be involved with cross functional responsibilities will be an ideal fit for this position. Support the daily execution of business operations
Provide administration and coordination for a wide range of client projects
Aid or lead the scheduling of project tasks and service orders
Provide excellent written and verbal communications with clients, partners and vendors
Aid in the administration of client contracts
Provide operational and project reporting
Assist in the purchasing process
Asist in the invoicing process
Minimum Job Requirements:
1-5+ years of experience
Basic understand of purchasing and invoicing
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Familiar with Quickbooks
Excellent skills with desktop computing including Office 365
