Chief Technology Officer (For FMCG / Retails / F&B)

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including marketing, finance, operations, and more, to ensure that technology solutions align with the company's strategic goals and needs.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, as you will be the key liaison between the technical and non-technical teams within the organization.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of communication within the company.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of technology initiatives.
• Display a high degree of business acumen, personal integrity, and maturity in all interactions and decisions.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of information technology, with at least 5 years in an IT Director role.
• Significant experience in point-of-sale systems within the F&B / Retails industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a large and diverse team of IT professionals, including those in backend development, quality assurance, business analysis, data management, and infrastructure.
• A strong track record in enterprise-level information system development, implementation, maintenance, operations, and management.
• Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of technology and business, fostering a cohesive and effective technological vision.
