has been engaged to conduct a high-priority search for a Development Officer on behalf of our client, a national healthcare nonprofit. This is an exciting direct-hire, hybrid position based in Tulsa, OK.Responsibilities:
  • Strategically collaborate with staff across multiple campaigns and volunteer teams to drive results.
  • Recruit and guide high-level corporate volunteers to contribute to campaign success.
  • Drive revenue growth through securing individual gifts and corporate sponsorships.
  • Proactively engage in sales calls to cultivate new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships by aligning them with the Association's mission.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with volunteers, donors, sponsors, and influential corporate and community figures.
  • Utilize various database and campaign management systems to meticulously track, report, and oversee results.
  • Coordinate closely with support staff to plan and execute event logistics seamlessly.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the Greater Tulsa area, engaging with C-suite executives approximately 70% of the time; must have access to reliable transportation.
  • Proven track record in cultivating major donors, securing large corporate sponsorships (six figures), and identifying and securing foundation gifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation:
