- Strategically collaborate with staff across multiple campaigns and volunteer teams to drive results.
- Recruit and guide high-level corporate volunteers to contribute to campaign success.
- Drive revenue growth through securing individual gifts and corporate sponsorships.
- Proactively engage in sales calls to cultivate new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships by aligning them with the Association's mission.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with volunteers, donors, sponsors, and influential corporate and community figures.
- Utilize various database and campaign management systems to meticulously track, report, and oversee results.
- Coordinate closely with support staff to plan and execute event logistics seamlessly.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor.
- Relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Tulsa area, engaging with C-suite executives approximately 70% of the time; must have access to reliable transportation.
- Proven track record in cultivating major donors, securing large corporate sponsorships (six figures), and identifying and securing foundation gifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
