Job descriptionWe´re looking for a Capability Developer for Engineering, in the product requirements area. Here, we create the best preconditions for developing and manage products at total lowest cost and fastest time to market; and maximize the deployments of platforms and standards. We define, develop and operate the full portfolio of capabilities within the area of Engineering.We're now looking for a Capability Developer who will be responsible for identifying the need for development of common ways of working, digital tools and competence lifts across business areas, securing that our core processes are aligned and live up to the IKEA business model and frameworks.You will also be responsible for preparing and enabling the implementation of product requirements capabilities to the business teams and be able to bring expertise to IKEA through constantly exploring trends, research, methodology and technology within the area of product requirements.The Capability Developer will be taking care of and contributing to exploration, innovation, development initiatives and projects connected to our strategies enabling people in the business to act.You will be responsible for leading and facilitating networks for roles in and across the business and contribute to or lead the development of competence profiles, support with introductions and role specific competence needs for roles in the business. Be proactive in assessment for identified key roles in the business.Contribute to common IKEA Business Capabilities by working in close co-operation with stakeholders across the IKEA network.
