- Supervise and train FOH staff
- Assist in cutting payroll costs by letting some staff go as soon as they are not needed.
- Maintain orderliness with take out
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee FOH cleaning schedule.
- Listen and respond to guests' feedback, communicate this to owners
- Serve as a liaison between the dining room and kitchen staff
- Placing vendor orders for FOH
- Maintaining a safe, sanitary and clean environment
- 3 years previous experience as a restaurant manager in a fast-paced restaurant
- Great communication skills
- Able to get along well with co workers, create a respectful work environment
- Comfortable with computers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently
- Must be reliable and flexible
- Able to be calm and focused in emergency situations
- Must be in good health and able to lift 40 lbs easily.
