River Edge is looking for experienced Hospital Discharge Liaison or recent Master's degree graduates in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or behavioral health related fields.

Location: Baldwin County
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Discharge Liaison duties include building and maintaining relationships with discharge authorities, establishing trust within the community and with potential clients and families.
Minimum Qualifications:Masters degree in Social Work, Sociology, Criminal Justice, and/or Psychology.
Candidates eligible for licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMSW, LAMFT, LAPC are preferred.Additional Information:
