Internship - European Sourcing & Administrative Analyst

- Assist ESO team with administrative and logistic process to ship internationally Fine & High Jewelry pieces during development or production stages (courier, shipping, freight)
- Develop and maintain tools and process to follow stones, samples, prototypes and finished good flows
- Support suppliers on shipments steps: documentations, carriers, customs
- Support local logistic team to optimize the new European distribution platform with EU jewelry suppliers
- Monitor & support supplier invoicing / reception / payment in collaboration with supply and accounting teams
- Manage prepayments request and reconciliation in partnership with accounting teams
- Facilitate ESO budget & spends follow up
- Support development team on invoicing process during development product phase: share guidelines with suppliers, follow up with product development and JDIW teams, consolidate information collected in the system to generate payment
- Facilitate and support precious material inventory with external suppliers & local finance team
- Develop and maintain process documentation and manage implementation in support of the team
- Set up data in ERP to launch development project and ensure master data updates in JDE (final sign-off and branchplant)
- Make first analyses on Product Price Variances (PPV) for sourcing team: collect primary info and make some checks to facilitate their decision making
- Structure and handle the precious material monitoring, tracking & reconciliation of ESO inventory (ERP, documentation, side files)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in PC applications - Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in English, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff (verbal and written)
- Independent, self-starter, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a multifunctional and multicultural team
- Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities; must have a strong sense of time management
- Master's degree
