With large scale projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe, this industry leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor are seeking a lead Electrical Engineer to join their team in Milan, Italy.This company has completed projects of up to €100m in value throughout Europe for blue-chip clients within the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Commercial sectors. They have also secured an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects across the next several years.Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your role will involve:

Ensure the Commissioning lead process is followed.
On-going monitoring of the project engineering process to ensure compliance and mentoring of the project engineers.
Structured mentoring of the graduate engineers.
Monthly progress reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Assist with recruiting of and appointing engineering support to individual projects.
Technical review of Tenders when required, manage outsourcing of review on larger tenders.
Keep information secure and fully comply with the Information Security Management System.

What we are looking for:

3rd level Qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant.
5+ years' working in a similar role.
