We are currently working with a manufacturer in your area that is looking to fill the role of Operations Manager.Reporting to the Plant Manager, the is responsible for managing plans to achieve all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPI’s as defined for all production departments.Minimum education and experience:Minimum of a High School Diploma, BS degree preferred.3-5 years of similar experience in a manufacturing facility.Specific skills and requirements:Knowledgeable concerning production machinery, manufacturing flow and processes.Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership skills.Structured and organized.Solid computer skills.
