SoftGamings is a rapidly growing IT company with over 15 years of proven experience. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team due to our expansion and exciting new projects. We go the extra mile to inspire our team members and cultivate a pleasant atmosphere in the office, ensuring that work is both enjoyable and fulfilling.Today, we're in search of a talented individual- a Corporate Services Manager, to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and coordinating administrative tasks related to our corporate clients.Responsibilities:

Initial registration of companies, followed by their support and renewal.
Collecting necessary documents for license application submissions.
Receiving and processing orders and requests from clients, followed by their execution.
Facilitating the initial Due Diligence process.
Preparation and ordering of corporate documents.
Correspondence with partners/clients/service providers, as well as providing support to internal departments and teams.

Requirements:

Higher education/unfinished higher education in management, finance, economics, or a relevant field.
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Experience in company registration.
Experience in banking or Fintech structures will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of basic principles of KYC and AML.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility.
Conducting business correspondence and negotiations.
