- Assist potential customers with registration
- Correct inconsistencies
- Approve/reject applications based on the provided information

- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Fluent Estonian and upper-intermediate English is a must

- Experience in customer support
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fixed schedule, Wednesday to Sunday 10am-6pm CET
