And hence, this team is in it’s growth phase where you will play a very key role in contributing to experience innovation and growth that we are gearing up for in the coming 3 years.Role Overview:A Content Designer III at Expedia Group is focused on solving complex traveler problems via content, throughout the end-to-end traveler journey. The problem spaces spans across our multiple line of business, brands and geos. At Insurtech, you would be responsible for creating traveler led content strategies and frameworks which are deeply embedded in the experiences of our shopping as well as the post-purchase journeys and create them keeping scalability and the unique insurtech user needs in mind. In your role, you would be responsible for partnering deeply with design, product, research, analytics and ML teams to come up with innovative and differentiating insurtech experiences for our global travelers.What you'll do:Demonstrates strong knowledge and skills in writing content for digital products.Contributes to the content style guide and build a scalable content strategy across the traveler journeyOrchestrates a consistent and compelling voice and tone across complex product areas.Identifies and uses scalable frameworks (e.g., matrixes and other structured documentation) to solve structural problems with product content.Designs content solutions to improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt.Coordinates bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to user problems, and contributes own suggestionsDemonstrates an advanced understanding of how the technical back- and front-end support content across channels.Leverages UI frameworks, modularity, localization, reuse, and related concepts to design content solutions that scale.Applies user-centered practices to drive content strategy for their product area.Develops own insights about users based on data and insights from research and other sources.Communicates user-centric goals and insights when presenting work.Who you are:5 years of related professional experience.Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (design, English, communications, marketing, journalism, information systems) or equivalent related experience. Relevant academic qualifications that help grow the team's knowledge or expertise are welcomed but not required with relevant experience.Someone who can effortlessly turn mundane and boring legalese content into a simple traveler-centric communicationHave experience leveraging ML/AI for driving a scalable and future forward content strategy.Audits, analyzes, structures, creates and presents content independently using established or self-developed frameworks.Focuses increasingly on content problems across systems and product areas.Demonstrates strong skills in facilitation and storytelling.Previous insurtech, fintech, or insurance experience is highly preferredThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
