- Have responsibility in overseeing the Diet Office that is accountable for Dietary Assistants intaking menu requests
- Supervise and oversee kitchen production, assembly, and delivery of patient trays ensuring dietary compliance daily
- Actively participate in client Dietetic Internship selection and training program
- Assist in managing quality assurance and performance improvement that is utilized for tracking patient feedback and service recovery
- Oversee compliance with on-site daycares regarding their food regulations and menu planning
- Assess and conduct nutrition education and assessments as needed at an off-site location for patients
- Have strong communication skills and work closely in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Assist General Manager in additional projects and tasks as needed

- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
