- Full-cycle management of payroll, settlements, and variables
- Sending and reconciliation of Social Security and CRA file
- Calculation of IRPF, taxes: 111, 190, 216 and 296
- Analysis of Collective Agreements
- Elaboration and preparation of documentation for workers
- Interlocution with workers
- Manage and control travel expenses
- University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Social Graduate or similar
- Demonstrable previous experience of at least 2 years in similar functions
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labour and tax legislation
- Proficiency in the use of IT tools and payroll software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships
- Knowledge of financial administration in accounting support tasks is an advantage
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills (corporate, reporting and system language is English). French language skills is a positive add-on.
