- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights to drive brand innovation and excellence.
- 10-15+ years of experience in brand and employer brand strategy, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global environment.
- Comfortably engages with GenAI tools, welcoming its potential as a collaborative partner.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify – boiling vast amounts of information down to simple, insightful nuggets that teams can action and build great creative and communications around.
- Firm believer in the power of brand to attract and activate audiences, to drive awareness and consideration, and positively impact the business.
- Experience working with creative groups (either in-house or at agencies) and an ability to craft insight-rich strategies and briefs that will inform great creative work.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving brand excellence.
