- Drives innovative, effective talent, onboarding, and employee experience strategies to attract, grow and retain a diverse, top-talent pipeline.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand targets and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, retention, and development of human capital.
- Works with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement new engagement programs, tools, processes, etc. that enrich the employee experience and reinforce RG’s culture.
- Develops and maintains site integrated schedule to include key program milestones, diversity and community events.
- Partners with DIFB Division and Employee Resource Groups to enhance inclusion across the sites.
- Assists with new projects that amplify our culture and inspire and captivate employees at every phase of their journey.
- Infuses onboarding activities ensuring new hires have effective orientation and introduction to resources needed to be successful.
- Develops, implements, and maintains a sustainable rewards and recognition program that acknowledges employees’ contributions. Research and make ongoing recommendations regarding branding and recognition experience, award options, and best practices.
- Creates onboarding/off boarding surveys and analyze results to identify areas of strengths and weakness; makes recommendations.
- Builds on our existing feedback channels to maintain an open and fluid effective feedback culture; create and/or contribute tools, training materials and resources to help leaders successfully build action plans based on results.
- Ensures the organization’s values are reflected in people-oriented decisions.
- Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation; ensures adherence to federal and state statutes and administration of company personnel policies.
- Participates on committees, perform special projects, and other duties based on organizational needs.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR, People Operations and/or DEI; Human Resources Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or interest is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience building and delivering in person and remote recruiting and onboarding experience.
- Project management and/or coordination capabilities preferred.
- Proven successful track record of relationship building with diverse employees.
- Knowledge of human resources law and best practices.
- Ability to build and execute HR strategies related to engagement and employee satisfaction.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to demonstrate a strong people focused mindset.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Ability to handle matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy; ethical decision making.
