Billing $12M in monthly payroll across 250+ invoices/POs
Handle confidential payroll information with discretion
Prepare 250+ monthly invoices and support files
Oversee JBS responsibilities related to invoice submission in Payee Central and cash applications
Complete monthly payroll audit to ensure billing accuracy
Handle monthly E1 and client payroll accruals
Complete monthly reconciliation
Prepare quarterly RSF and Kuiper allocations and submit for approval in the approval tool
Act as a resource to internal and external stakeholders with invoice questions
Coordinate with FP&A on PO balances and change orders

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in Accounting
Proficient in reading, writing & speaking English
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel required)
Organizational skills – proven ability to deal with large quantities of financial data and work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate consistency in values, principles, work ethic and a strong attention to detail.
