- Responsible for the success, quality, and delivery of a project or program within the portfolio.
- Ability to lean on technical experts, and learn the engineering and technical aspects, and security tools they use.
- Translate business requirements to secure solutions; develop and conduct tests to evaluate compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products pursuant to customer requirements, including the completion of tests and validation of the planned and implemented scope.
- Work in close collaboration with other teams, such as release management, production, and governance.
- Focus on what stakeholders and employees need to truly succeed.
- Define and manage program and project activities, including, but not limited to, scope and priority setting, building business requirements, project plans, identifying interdependencies, risk mitigation, issue tracking, quality management, resourcing, budgeting, training, and communication planning.
- Drive to completion of any dependent deliverables within Engineering and/or with cross-functional teams.
- Build and monitor program metrics and KPI’s while providing regular updates to leadership.
- Adhere to the PMO process using consistent program management processes and frameworks.
- Provide regular and timely communication of program status and progress toward goals.
- Work in close collaboration with other teams and facilitates open, ongoing communication and collaboration.

- Business English: fluent
- 1-3 years’ experience in security & compliance domain
- Working knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Basic Programming skills (such as scripting) will be highly desirable
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent education
- Six Sigma, PMI, or PMP highly desired
- Fair understanding and/or certification in agile methodologies is highly desired
- Any experience with using security tools will be a plus (e.g. SAST, DAST, Third Party Software Management, Open Source Security, SIEM incident response, etc)
