You will report to the EUI Energy Transition Funding & Project Portfolio Director, and indirectly to LI Hub VP, encompassing the following key missions:
Growth strategy: Collaborate to ensure the global view of projects & prospects portfolio, through Quarterly reviews and Selection Committee instance (bi-monthly session), to monitor & steer incoming prospects/projects, enhancing the role of the project selection and guidance with the perspective of the funding opportunities strategy and related market intelligence.
Funding Strategy: Assist through tools and repositories to the definition of the necessary data & KPIs for definition of strategy for European funding and supervision of projects applying to the European funding programs, in order to maximize the success ratio for the resource allocation.
Strategic planning: Help to establish the EU LI mid and long term vision, through ownership and update Europe LI business databases, contract referential, competitive watch, and footprint presentations.
The overall shall be supported by the Group Public Affairs team and WBL Markets, work closely with the Clusters funding, business development, and engineering teams.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?You will be in charge of :Supporting the HUB Large Industries team (and WBL LI indirectly) in data-analytics and data consolidation, through reports and performance analyses, dashboards, presentations & tools.Promote the usage & deployment of Project and Funding opportunities databases, Business Analysis, Commercial performance and Market intelligence tools, reports and indicators, within the management & business developers community in EU.Project pipeline management, through Selection Committee organization and capitalisationEnhance funding opportunities strategy & overviewObjectives expected:Organization of Selection Committee logistics (calendar, participants, agenda, project briefing and segmentation, portfolio repository, analysis of trends, bi-yearly members meeting, distribution database)Keep updated a portfolio of projects/prospects and contract renewals, and funding opportunities, as well as its strategic assessmentEU funding programs results competitive assessment, in close liaison with Public Affairs, Markets and Engineering teamsEU LI activity footprint presentation updateSupport to Sales Awards organization (launch communication package, criteria definition, application analysis and results with Jury, liaison with internal organization teamCollaboration to Ad-hoc analysis with underlying EU transversal viewAre you a MATCH?Education:Engineering backgroundBusiness School backgroundField of specialization: chemistry, energy, international relations, commercial, digital, etcOther: Use of analytics tools (ie PowerBI, Databases, Spreadsheets,..)Experience:No expected experience, but 1-2 years of work experience would be a big plusLanguages:English - mandatorySpanish - highly advantageousFrench, German - advantageousWhy join us ?You will be part of a very collaborative environment at the heart of our Europe Industries HUB Large Industries team.
