- Adheres to the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Policies and Procedures.
- Assists in assessing and communicating financial and operating results to managers. Responsible for monthly executive financial reporting requirements.
- Assists in the development and monitoring of service level agreements.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of management.
- Develops appropriate financial and operating metrics for use by management in decision making. Ensures departmental goals and performance measures are understood and achieved by managers.
- Develops financial and operating statements. Assists and/or presents information.
- Supports the annual budget process. Develops historical, current and potential future trend analysis.
- Bachelor's degree program in the area of finance, business or accounting.
- Advance degree and/or professional certification are preferred.
- Experience of at least two (2) to four (4) years with significant exposure in financial analysis in casino hotel industry.
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
