Job DetailsJob Location: Charlotte, NCPosition Type: PRNEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: UndisclosedJob Category: Food ServicesDescriptionPRN Cook will prepare and cook nutritional, balanced meals for residents and employees of center by performing the following duties.
  • Ensures availability of quality meals for clients and staff in a timely manner
  • Prepares food and carts for delivery according to specified time schedule
  • Ensures cleanliness of entire food service area and equipment by following Food Service Manager's daily clean- up schedule.
  • Practices correct food handling and food storage procedures according to state and Federal regulations
  • Demonstrates appropriate customer interaction.
  • Ensures availability of supplies and operation of equipment by notifying Food Service Manager of necessary orders and maintenance requests
