Great, you are warmly welcome to being part of the worlds largest manufacturer of cut-to-length forest machines to ensure organization remains at forefront of innovation!In this role you will be participating in portfolio intake globally together with stakeholders and release managers and build development roadmaps together as well. You work with all architecture levels to ensure alignment with business goals from the present to the future. You are leading the development of architecture strategies that the organization uses in decision-making, and you understand the overall impact of various decisions on the architecture. You will translate the business need to technical implementation, refining the high-level stakeholder requirements and developing architecture views of how the stakeholder requirements are going to be addressed. You lead the architecture board and architecture change management as well.Required qualifications in this role:- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture or software development are a plus.- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.- Experience in designing modern software architectures, project management skills are a plus.- Strong skills in visualizing architecture designs.- Proven track record in planning and executing architecture strategies that drive business outcomes.- Experience in integrating architecture across global locations and diverse systems.- Good communication skills and a fluency in both spoken and written English as well Finnish.As a person
