Job Description & SummaryAbout the teamOur team has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates document automation platform that is being used in almost 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development and integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. A career in our team will provide you with a significant variability of activities, tasks and project and will enable you to participate on global projects.About your managerRadek works as a Tech-team leader in the Document Automation (DA) team, leading the IT division of the DA team. His team is responsible for taking care of all IT related aspects of the existing solutions as well as the new IT projects - spanning from ensuring smooth operation of the existing systems, infrastructure and services to creating new applications (for internal and external clients) using the top tier technology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoor exploring new places, driving, playing speed-chess or just watching any good movies.Job description & summaryFor a growing PwC’s Document Automation team based in the Czech Republic we are looking for an IT Specialist & IT Projects Coordinator to help us manage the portfolio of existing services as well as realization and delivery of new projects to our internal and external clients. The big advantage of this position is that you will have a chance to work with a lot of technologies and across all IT domains.Ensuring all DA’s services, applications and systems work as expectedCommunicate with the application vendor and PwC technical (IT) teamsFacilitate speedy resolution of technical issues and new requirements (application, security, networking) with PwC IT teams and the application vendorMonitor, troubleshoot and escalate technical issuesWork with various systems and technologies (Win/Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, CyberARK etc.)Support the existing hosting infrastructure, processes, pipelines and keep optimizing themParticipate in technical development, solution designs, realization & improvementsSupport the release and change management processes, administer access to IT resourcesSupport the vendor in technical related topics (i.e. new features requirements etc.)Onboard new (or alter existing) technical infrastructure based on a demandRequirements of the roleFormal education in IT (Bachelor / Master’s degree)General orientation in IT and a good knowledge of basic IT concepts (HW/SW/OS, databases, ISO/OSI, networking, virtualization, security, APIs etc.)Structured & organized approach, eye for a detail, can-do attitude, willingness to learnGood written and oral communication skills in English (B2+) and Czech/SlovakAbility to work autonomously as well as part of the teamProgramming knowledge is a plus, Project Management experience is a plusSuitable for IT graduatesOur Benefits and FunConcentrated experience and rapid career growth.
