- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify research objectives, develop research plans, and prioritize research activities.
- Plan and execute a variety of qualitative research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders through quick debriefs, reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.
- Deeply understand our customers, products and business strategy to create actionable and impactful insights
- Proven experience conducting user research in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a technology or digital product company.
- Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and writing surveys.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw actionable and timely insights.
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Basic proficiency with Figma
- Ad tech or B2B research experience a plus
