Join us today and make a difference in people's lives!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The aim is to ensure the correct and reliable processing and execution of orders received in the complete end to end Order Fulfilment Process within LivaNova UK Ltd ERP System (SAP)
  • General order processing (order verification, order entry, electronic filing) and Returns process in accordance with LivaNova SOP s
  • Handling Customer Interactions – telephone/email • Monitoring of on-time delivery
  • Purchase orders management for local warehouse replenishment and car stock replenishment orders
  • Returns and credit notes management
  • Handling product and service complaints (e.g. transport damages), recording and performing the necessary actions to resolve
  • Local shipments management where necessary
  • Support sales and local management with any inventory stock takes (field stock/consignment stock) specifically updating SAP with appropriate adjustments as and when required to do so
  • Support Commercial Team in regard to the End to End Order Fulfilment
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Strong English, spelling and math skills
  • Strong computer and ERP skills – SAP experience an advantage
  • E-commerce experience an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively and employ diplomacy and tact both orally and in writing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information
  • Oral and written comprehension
  • Communication Skills
  • Mathematical reasoning
  • Second language skills e.g French/Dutch would be very useful but not essential
