- General order processing (order verification, order entry, electronic filing) and Returns process in accordance with LivaNova SOP s
- Handling Customer Interactions – telephone/email • Monitoring of on-time delivery
- Purchase orders management for local warehouse replenishment and car stock replenishment orders
- Returns and credit notes management
- Handling product and service complaints (e.g. transport damages), recording and performing the necessary actions to resolve
- Local shipments management where necessary
- Support sales and local management with any inventory stock takes (field stock/consignment stock) specifically updating SAP with appropriate adjustments as and when required to do so
- Support Commercial Team in regard to the End to End Order Fulfilment
- Strong English, spelling and math skills
- Strong computer and ERP skills – SAP experience an advantage
- E-commerce experience an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and employ diplomacy and tact both orally and in writing
- Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or inconclusive information
- Oral and written comprehension
- Communication Skills
- Mathematical reasoning
- Second language skills e.g French/Dutch would be very useful but not essential
