- Create, maintain, and update internal order sheets
- Update pricing on order guides as needed
- Training of Hotel Colleagues on Ordering and Requisitioning through Birchstreet
- Create and maintain inventory sheet counts
- Update inventory sheets as products are added or removed
- Assist with sourcing new products as needed for culinary and outlets
- Assist with physical count of inventory
- Attend EO/menu/10 day meetings as needed (Take Meeting Minutes for Director)
- Point of escalation for Storeroom Attendants
- F&B Cost of Sales Spreadsheet/Tracker
- Weekly update calls with vendors (Nicholas etc.)
- Avendra (Hospitality Purchasing Company) delivery tracking and reporting to the Purchasing Director
- Receive product as part of dual controls from vendors as it is delivered
- Oversee product placement and organization into correct storerooms
- Pull packing slips from all deliveries and date stamp
- Receive purchase orders in Birchstreet as part of dual controls
- Print requisitions from Birchstreet
- Organize requisitions
- Pull merchandise from the correct storerooms
- Oversee deliveries from the Storeroom Attendants to the appropriate department
- Complete and receive the requisitions in Birchstreet
- Keep dock neat, clean, and organized
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of Storerooms by Storeroom Attendants
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess and maintain a valid Utah Driver’s License
- Good problem solving skills
- Previous administration experience
- Great interpersonal skills
- Must have physical stamina to lift 50 pounds consistently
- This is a fast paced environment- so being good under pressure is a must
