UI/UX Design: Create user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web application designs that align with project requirements.
Mockup Creation: Utilize Figma as your primary design tool to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and incorporate your findings into design decisions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
Design Documentation: Prepare design documentation, style guides, standard guides and design assets for development teams.
Stay Updated: Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality with the firm.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma is required.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing data-heavy application design projects.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
