We are currently in search of a seasoned Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and driving your team towards achieving ambitious targets. Specifically, we are looking for someone with specialized experience in manufacturing equipment and solutions within the pharmaceutical and food industries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives
  • Keep a vigilant eye on competitors' products, analyzing sales and marketing data for effective positioning in the market
  • Utilize available data for accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals
  • Conduct thorough market research, adjusting sales strategies for optimal success
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with key clients, including negotiation and closure of major contracts
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven track record of executive-level sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-level
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the unique aspects of products and services, positioning them effectively against competitors
  • Proven expertise in building, developing, and mentoring both internal and external sales teams
  • Strategic thinking capability, combined with excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and effective negotiation skills
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with specific experience in selling manufacturing equipment for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
