As our BDR, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate new business.
- Primary objective: New business development with sourcing new sales opportunities: building relationships with large corporations and multinational companies, organization and management of presentation meetings, contacting and negotiating with decision-makers, acquisition and management of complex projects, coordination and organization of sales support programs
- Develops and maintains an accurate, high-quality pipeline aligned to the company’s sales process.
- Identifying the right prospects based on industry verticals, company size.
- Represent the face of Intretech through the first customer touchpoint.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to qualify the leads for sales.
- Analizes customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure.
- 2+ years B2B experience ideal, however not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well versed in the art of the “followup”
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry or manufacturing industry is a great plus.
- Experience in end-to-end sales lead qualification – MQL to SQL, Inbound/Outbound, Campaigns & Events
- Highly motivated, well-organised, driven, self-starter with the ability to think quickly
- Strong ability to do research in a commercial environment through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.
- Knowledge of industry value selling methodologies
- A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication
- Able to take full ownership of the lead generation/qualification process
