The Business Operations Specialist supports the business resourcing and planning process for the Marketing and Communications department. This role will assist the Manager of Marketing Operations with day-to-day department operations and administrative functions. This position is responsible for enabling department performance and productivity. The Specialist is responsible for coordinating various department logistics, events, meetings, and business-related functions such as finance reporting, procurement, and budget processes. Must be collaborative, assertive, organized and have experience working to complete projects across various departments. Estimated salary range for this position is $27.31- $35.50/ year depending on experience.QualificationsDegrees: Bachelors. Additional Qualifications: Advanced computer knowledge, to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with other productivity and collaboration applications like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Workfront, Jira, Lucid Charts, and others. Work requires written and verbal communication skills. General knowledge of company policies, practices, and operations. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
