- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new hires.
- Support the payroll process by verifying calculation of salaries, and ensuring timely payments.
- Assist with tax preparations and submissions in a timely manner.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate databases such as personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Advantage with Accounting background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
